We moved from South Florida to the Daytona Beach area in 2003 and never before had such a wonderful experience buying a car. When it was time for a new car, it was not something we looked forward to after what we dealt with in South Florida. I always felt I was being lied to in South Florida, but not here. After coming to Ritchey Cadillac/Buick (formerly Lloyd) and dealing with the best salesman around, I actually look forward to the next time I need a new vehicle. Our salesman, Alan Behnke, is top notch! Never before have I been taken care of so well, Everything that needed to be done when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle was taken care of by Alan and that really impressed me. He treats his customers in such a special way. I wouldn't deal with anyone else!
