Deceitful 5/4/2012

I found a dress on Rissy Roos online site. It was listed as available in several different colors but they did not have a picture of the other colors on the site. I was looking for a dark blue dress and one of the colors listed was ""Marine Blue"". Prior to ordering I called the store to ask what color Marine Blue was. I was told it was a dark blue and was directed to another dress on their website that was a dark blue. I ordered the dress and when it arrived it was an awful shade of baby blue. I immediatley called the store and was told too bad it was a final sale. Despite repeated attempts to return it through my credit card comapny and the store directly I am stuck with a dress I cannot use. more

Terrible Place 8/15/2011

I would not recommended purchasing anything from Rissy Roo's. My $300 dress came with several stains, and the staff was unwilling to do anything about it claiming that they thoroughly inspect everything before it leaves their store. The person I spoke with at the store also didn't fully explain their 3-day policy at the time of purchase. When I called to exchange my dress, they came up with all types of rules and regulations as to why my dress was a final sale (something they had never mentioned before). Although they have a really great selection of dresses, their unaccommodating staff and stringent and un-transparent policies makes for a highly unpleasant shopping experience. more

I have never felt so beautiful! Worth every penny 8/9/2011

When it comes to fashion and elegance, Rissy Roos knows their stuff. I have never felt more beautiful than when I put on that gorgeous blue dress. I felt like the real Cinderella at the ball. Being a bigger girl makes it harder to find cute dresses especially ones that fit well. Rissy Roos staff made sure that before I ordered I measured myself because I wouldnt have time to send the dress back to get a different size. The dress was worth every penny and I am recommending Rissy Roos to everyone. more

I have received my daughter's dress via UPS. I just wanted to send a note to thank you for your attention to everything when processing my order. As you are aware, the dress was originally ""out of stock"" at every other place I tried to get it from. You were the only company to follow up with me after the manufacturer got back to you saying the dress was available. It also arrived much sooner than you originally told me. So, thank you again! Your customer service is tremendous!! (and greatly appreciated by one very happy 14 year old!!) more

I had my sweet 16 recently and the first place I went to look for a dress was Rissy Roos!! I love it so so much and always find a gorgeous dress. I had gotten a Sherri Hill dress and it is my favorite dress ever! One of my best friends ans I always going to Rissy Roos as our first place to find dresses and we always find one that fits us perfectly! I couls not have been more happy about the dress and it made my sweet 16 even better from all the compliments I was getting! i love Rissy Roos and they will be seeing my best friend and I A LOT more for our future parties and events! :) more
