I would not recommended purchasing anything from Rissy Roo's. My $300 dress came with several stains, and the staff was unwilling to do anything about it claiming that they thoroughly inspect everything before it leaves their store.
The person I spoke with at the store also didn't fully explain their 3-day policy at the time of purchase. When I called to exchange my dress, they came up with all types of rules and regulations as to why my dress was a final sale (something they had never mentioned before).
Although they have a really great selection of dresses, their unaccommodating staff and stringent and un-transparent policies makes for a highly unpleasant shopping experience.
