Took a wheel and tire in to have the tire remounted and balanced. When they dismounted my tire they said that it was bad. I went ahead and had them order a new tire and left the wheel there until the new tire arrived. It arrived and they mounted and balanced the new tire on my rim. They called me and said it was ready to be picked up. I went in and paid for it and then they brought the wheel and tire out to my car. The rim was covered in mud! I informed they guy about how filthy it is and how unacceptable it is for them to return it to me in such condition. He apologized and offered to clean it. I declined and informed him that it should have been cleaned before I even got to see it. I took the wheel and tire home and cleaned it myself. While cleaning it I noticed damage to my wheel. Avoid at all cost!!! I immediately called them and informed them of the situation and they advised me to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I complied and after the service writer looked at it he took it into the shop and had the service manager named Jamie take a look at it. Shortly there after the manager came to me and said he does not believe the damage is their fault. He also claimed that some of the gouges in the wheel were not gouges at all but rather rubber left on the wheel, which is totally false. He said he took pictures of the wheel and said he would tell the owner about it the following day and to expect a phone call. I accepted that and took the wheel and tire home. The next day after not hearing anything by lunch time I called and spoke with the manager again and he informed me that he spoke with the owner and showed him the pictures and that I should bring the wheel and tire back yet again so the owner can see the damage in person. I agreed and again took it back. I spoke with the owner and he took a quick look at it and proclaimed that there is no way the damage happened at his shop. I informed him that the wheel was in his possession for 3 days while waiting on the tire to arrive and asked him if he had a way to prove that the damage didnt occur while sitting in his shop. He said he had no way to prove they didnt do the damage but he had been in business for 50 years and that he knows what he is talking about. Needless to say they are not owning up to the damage and refuse to repair the damage to my wheel. more

HANDS DOWN THE WORST TIRE SHOP IN THE WORLD!!!! 10/30/2012

I drop off my truck to get a tire patched and it only took them 4 and half hours to get this major overhauled of my one tire taken care of. This really should of only taken about 15 to 20 minutes. Then when I went to pick up my truck they took forever to take care of me... So yea I still paid for it. I guess they didn't want me to get anything done today just set around loss money because I couldn't go to work. This tire patch cost me a ton of money. I hate Riley Park Tire more

Be CAUTIOUS! 10/20/2010

Pretty good on price but watch out for their commission driven sales people. I needed a nail pulled and a patch and they called me and told me I had a hole in a second tire and would have to patch it. When I got it back it wobbled going down the interstate at 70. I thought it sounded fishy so I took it to Big O and the past manager Tony took the tires off and we found....ONE PATCH. He also checked the balance right in front of me and when they were off .25 and some other number I asked what should they be...he looked at me funny and said ZERO. He then had his guy redo them and sure enough they registered zero and it almost drove itself down the interstate. So I'd still go there but be a bit cautious. more

Good at what they do 11/23/2005

Riley Park Tire Service has a great location on Main Street near the park. The service at Riley Park Tires is great. There are a lot of tires to choose between. The service technicians at Riley Tires are very skilled in what they do. I thought that they did a good job and the price was fair. I felt like I was treated like a valued customer and I would definitely return when I am in need of new tires. They are very good at what they do. more
