Took a wheel and tire in to have the tire remounted and balanced. When they dismounted my tire they said that it was bad. I went ahead and had them order a new tire and left the wheel there until the new tire arrived. It arrived and they mounted and balanced the new tire on my rim. They called me and said it was ready to be picked up. I went in and paid for it and then they brought the wheel and tire out to my car. The rim was covered in mud! I informed they guy about how filthy it is and how unacceptable it is for them to return it to me in such condition. He apologized and offered to clean it. I declined and informed him that it should have been cleaned before I even got to see it. I took the wheel and tire home and cleaned it myself. While cleaning it I noticed damage to my wheel. I immediately called them and informed them of the situation and they advised me to bring it in so they could take a look at it.
