I always receive good service at Rick's. From the professionalism and friendliness at the front desk to the mechanic that takes the time to explain what is wrong...or even better...what isn't with my vehicle. I know that I will always be treated fairly and given the best work possible at Rick's and I highly recommend them. more

Speedy Service 8/24/2013

It was 4:00 when I realized my van was in trouble as I was passing through Sevierville on my way to KY. It took me nearly 30 minutes to find a service center, but thanks to Rick's Service Center, I was on my way again in just over an hour, parts and all. I couldn't have gotten that kind of turnaround from my local mechanic. I think Rick must have pulled some strings to find the needed part. Thank you! more
