It was 4:00 when I realized my van was in trouble as I was passing through Sevierville on my way to KY. It took me nearly 30 minutes to find a service center, but thanks to Rick's Service Center, I was on my way again in just over an hour, parts and all. I couldn't have gotten that kind of turnaround from my local mechanic. I think Rick must have pulled some strings to find the needed part. Thank you!
