Rick's Cleaners is the WORST WORST WORST place to get your clothes dry cleaned- its a shame because their prices are great some I'm sure most people just bite the bullet and go due to the prices (I know I did). BUT I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEM. EVERY SINGLE TIME they take buttons of my clothes are take the clips off my skirts and EVERY time I argue that they need to fix it but they never have saying its not their responsibility which amazes me since there is a sign right there in the store that reads ""any complaints about clothes must be made within 24 hours and you must have your receipt."" I check my clothes right there every time before I leave and they just look at me and say ""sorry."" Screw this place- they are horrible. I am telling you....its worth the money to pay more for your dry cleaning because this place takes the value out of your nice dress clothes in one visit because you will get them back nice and pressed but missing buttons, zippers, clips etc. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
