Let me start out by saying I love my car and I'm very peticular about it and want to keep it in mint condition. (50th anniversary Corvette) From the second I drove onto the lot and began speaking with the Estiamtor about the work I wanted done, to giving me the estiamte for the work they were very profesonal and curtious. The Estimator did not try to upsell me on anything as this was a cosmetic fix (rock chips) . Once they had the car and we agreed on the pricing i signed up for the auto updates, They take a picuture of the car when it is recieved and then they send you progress pictures at different stages of the work being performed. This was great. I knew what was happening with the car and did not have to follow up with calls to know at what stage the repairs were at. It helped me track the progress and visually see if they were going to be done when they said. They finished the job before the required/stated finish date. With that said the quality was not affected by the increased schedule. This is the 3rd time i have used this shop with different vehicles of mine and the quality is consistently fantastic.
If you have body work or paint you want done I would highly recomend Rick Warner Auto Body !
