I was truly impressed with the service that I got. I arrived very close to closing time without an appointment with my check tire pressure warning light on. My tire was repaired and no comments as to the fact that it was closing time were given. I was very thankful for the great service that I received. more

Don't buy your car here 5/30/2009

I bought a brand new mdx and had two issues with it from the moment I drove it off the lot. The first issue (the wireless headsets did not work) was fixed after multiple trips to the dealership. The second issue ( a defective door handle) has yet to be fixed. Pros: good price Cons: terrible service more

STAY AWAY !! Lowballed and tried to sell a broken automobile 5/18/2009

Stay away from this dealership AT ALL COSTS !! Hyundai makes a good product but both of the people we dealt with at this dealership were very unprofessional and blatant liars. Orlando Martinez was the sales manager at this dealership, and Ted Goldberg is the salesperson we dealt with. Both were despicable characters...They lowballed us to get us in the showroom after we expressed interest in one of their cars, and when we showed up the did a bait and switch !! They actually admitted to the bait and switch !! Then, when we agreed on a price, they switched out the tires with ""no name"" brand tires, and the car they put us in had several mechanical malfuntions that they refused to admit as problems since their service department ""checked the car out fine"". We know that this car was malfuntioning because we had test drove several of the model that we were interested in at other dealerships. Cons: Unethical Business Practices more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES AT RICK CASE HYUNDAI IN PLANTATION, FL 1/14/2009

Rick Case Hyundai service department is absoutely by far the worst...and I have been to a bunch of hyundai dealership...this one takes the cake. That service manager (Jim) I believe if he's still there is a fat joke, he says one thing and does another. Two faced and there is one really r otten mechanic that I hate. He's a real quick talker that knows everything about cars and never makes a mistake. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! I HAVE HAD TOO MANY BAD PAST EXPERIENCES TO TALK ABOUT AND IM NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS TYPING IT...TRUST ME DONT' GO THERE! Cons: just overall bad and it's not just once its' most of the time I went there..i changed to another dealership. more

RIP OFF! 12/5/2007

Rick Case Hyundai service department has got to have the biggest bunch of sleezeballs around. I know mechanics are known for ripping you off, but these guys take it to the next level. After charging me way too much money to fix some stuff on my car the exact things they fixed stopped working a few weeks later. In the storm that followed when I called the dealership, it came to light that some of the stuff they ""fixed"" was never broken in the first place. The wait was long and the people were rude. If you live in Fort Lauderdale or north, I seriously suggest the drive to the dealership in West Palm. Much better prices and much better service! I will never use Rick Case AGAIN! more

BEWARE 6/16/2005

I drop my car off and left it thinking I was putting my car in good hands. The man who was taking care of me told me one thing my car needed over the phone and one price. He told me my car will be finished in one hour so I waited about two hours before I picked up my car. When I ARRIVED at the service center I saw my car sitting in the section where they put the cars when there finished I ASK my service person can I have the paper work so that I CAN pay and go because I was in a rush. He begin to tell me they were not able to do anything to my car because it needs more than wHAT he thought it needs. So I STARTED asking him why did you not call me and tell me this. Cons: Expensive, Not truthful, Bad Communication more
