Rick Case Hyundai service department has got to have the biggest bunch of sleezeballs around. I know mechanics are known for ripping you off, but these guys take it to the next level. After charging me way too much money to fix some stuff on my car the exact things they fixed stopped working a few weeks later. In the storm that followed when I called the dealership, it came to light that some of the stuff they ""fixed"" was never broken in the first place. The wait was long and the people were rude. If you live in Fort Lauderdale or north, I seriously suggest the drive to the dealership in West Palm. Much better prices and much better service! I will never use Rick Case AGAIN!
