Since I had preapproved financing, there was no need to do a credit check on me. I had asked that one not be done. Nevertheless, my salesman Bernard was very patient with me as well as the sales mgr. Jimmy. I was glad to see that on my second trip to the dealership they had ample cars in stock. The first trip, they had 1 car available, and someone took my name and number and never called me. Overall, I am very pleased with my car and I was impressed with the newly remodeled facility. The advertisement persuaded me to return back to Rick Case. more

I feel so violated 3/28/2012

Dealer sold us a warranty and when we needed to use it, we found out that although we paid for it, the dealer never paid for it so we were . The finanace guy also told us that he could not finanace our car if we did not purchase the GAP coverage.. Found out that was a lie... When we realized al this we asked for a refund for the $1500 we paid the dealers .. Still do not have that and now we cant get anyone to call us back. I am going to the attorney general for resolution. Funny this dealer is not listed with the BBB more

deplorable service 3/8/2012

My boyfriend and i recently purchased a used car from Rick Case on 925 N State Road 7 Plantation, FL 33311. We received no spare keys and my boyfriend received no spare tire for the car or gas to make it home. This which was brought to their attention and nothing was done.. 2 days after I purchased my car, I discovered a loud knocking noise in the front, I immediately called Rick Case Hyundai to report the problem with the car and NO ONE returned my calls. Every day for 2 ½ months I have been calling and they have been giving myself and my boyfriend the runaround. Today is March 9, 2012 and they still have not assisted me with the problem I am still having with my car. I will never refer anyone to purchase a car from Rick Case Hyundai and my next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive a call back today! more

Very Good Experience 2/23/2012

When I came in I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere of your dealership feeling no pressure......seems like everyone just wanted to help rather than just sell me a car.......I have been in other dealership's where it's seemed like the salesmen were running over each other to sell a car.....the young man (Chris) answered the phone He gave me the information I asked for. I asked if he wanted me to ask for him ....he said we have other salesman here I could ask for but I didn't have to....( I liked his attitude as I know they probably work on commission so I did ask for him and I'm sure glad I did as I liked his easy approach, we ended up buying a car for my neighbor and 2 new car's for myself. I felt like I got an excellent price.. There's an old saying if something's not broke don't fix it ...I had a very good experience. more

My service representative, Ernest, is always courteous, professional and very attentive to my needs. I'm so glad that he is there and I know that my vehicle will get the best service possible there. Additionally, everyone at this dealership greets me, even the mechanics and other service personnel. I'm very pleased with my Hyundai experience thus far! Give Ernest a raise and keep up the good work! more

Treated us with respect and courtesy 1/23/2012

Tony King was amazing, as was the finance department and the entire staff! We did not feel pressured or intimidated. We have purchased many cars and have never had this pleasant of an experience. There was always an air of discomfort and stress. In fact, I have walked out of dealerships because of condescending remarks or disregard. Not so in this case. Thank you all at Rick Case, especially Tony, for treating us with respect and courtesy. more
