My boyfriend and i recently purchased a used car from Rick Case on 925 N State Road 7 Plantation, FL 33311. We received no spare keys and my boyfriend received no spare tire for the car or gas to make it home. This which was brought to their attention and nothing was done.. 2 days after I purchased my car, I discovered a loud knocking noise in the front, I immediately called Rick Case Hyundai to report the problem with the car and NO ONE returned my calls. Every day for 2 ½ months I have been calling and they have been giving myself and my boyfriend the runaround. Today is March 9, 2012 and they still have not assisted me with the problem I am still having with my car. I will never refer anyone to purchase a car from Rick Case Hyundai and my next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive a call back today!
