Needed new tire 11/9/2013

On this occasion, I was on my way to visit relatives, and found that one of the tires was faulty. Jumped into the car, drove down to Richmond Tire, and it was taken care of immediately. Could not ask for better service........... more

The group over at Richmond Tire & Auto are just incredible. They're not going to nickel and dime you about your car, they'll give you an honest assessment of your needs, and give you a great price for a great value. I've been taking my car here for years, and have gotten my whole family and some extended family to bring their cars in for service. Could not ask for a better group of honest, caring, friendly people. more

Great people, great service! 10/30/2013

I did a Friday night drop off, they gave me a ride home and my vehicle was ready by 9 or 10 the next morning. Good to go and nothing needed for the next 40,000 miles except regular oil changes and tire rotation! more

Every time I take my car in for servicing the customer service is always the same...superior!! The guys are great, informative and NEVER make me feel like they're trying to "up-sale" me. Their quality of service is excellent as well. This is the place to take your vehicle! more

Oil change with free tire rotation. In & out quick. Gave me a coupon on the spot to use right then.Last visit, check engine light. 2 problems, fixed both, charged for one. Done in 2 hours. These people are great. more

They are always courteous so this review will be about how fast they fixed my vehicle. Dropped off at 10, told it was ready at 12. Doesn't get any better than that. more
