I would recommend Richmar Apartments 2/15/2011

I would recommend Richmar, its easy to find, the location is convenient and my apartment is nice. I looked at several other apartments on that street and Richmar had the best price, and they accept larger dogs. When I was moving in one the maintenance guys helped me to bring my stuff in. They also always keep the grass cut and the bushes in shape. Oh and love the swimming pool in the summer ? you don?t even have to pay to use it! more

I love my apartment from Richmar Apartments 2/15/2011

I love my apartment and recommend to anyone who needs a nice apartment in Owings Mills. They have had the same staff as long as I?ve lived here and I see them on the property working all the time. When I lost my job, they worked with me to get a smaller more affordable apartment. When I had knee surgery Ms. Kim came to my house to pick up my rent check so I wouldn?t have to walk to the office. My neighbors some time ago used to always play their music very loud. I wrote 2 letters to the office and they stop doing it. more

Liars rude and just plain mean 10/21/2009

The were very nice when we moved in the soon as we pay the deposit and got our keys everything turned to ugly. Kim the property manager told us every first of the month that if we don't pay in 24Hr we will be evicted the apartment had pest problem office dose not respond to that at all we call Hanna maybe 4 time that our heat was not working during the cold days and the never send anyone to fix it.Very unsafe place to live our car got stolen at day time and when we ask to look at the camera footage witch they sad they have for security the ask us to pay 250$ auful place stay away from this place and never even think to live there more

My apartment's AC was very loud. I have to turn the TV very loud also. I asked them to check it. They said it was because it is old and they don't want to exchange it. Overall I don't like it that much. more
