I love my apartment and recommend to anyone who needs a nice apartment in Owings Mills. They have had the same staff as long as I?ve lived here and I see them on the property working all the time. When I lost my job, they worked with me to get a smaller more affordable apartment. When I had knee surgery Ms. Kim came to my house to pick up my rent check so I wouldn?t have to walk to the office. My neighbors some time ago used to always play their music very loud. I wrote 2 letters to the office and they stop doing it.
