I bought my wife's engagement ring here, and we went back to get our wedding rings and several gifts.
The staff is very helpful and stands behind their merchandise.
I bought a set of diamond earrings for my wife, and the next year I "upgraded" them with a credit for the full purchase price of the original pair.
They also clean our jewelry for free!
I had my Rolex serviced here as well for a reasonable price and quick turnaround.
When I took my wife's engagement ring in to be appraised for insurance purposes, It was valued for a good deal more than I paid for it.
I'm very happy with RG&SE and wouldn't buy my jewelry any where else!
