Thank you so very much for your wonderful service of my Lexus! I was out of town but needed to have my tires rotated and balanced, however, I was lacking the required "key" for the lug nut bolts. You provided me with super fast, same day service, plus ordered the part I needed for my car, which is something that was not offered (or even mentioned possible) at the two other service centers I had taken my car to in my own home town! My car drives GREAT and handles the best it has ever handled now! THANK YOU!!!!! more

Honest work 3/6/2014

I went in with a letter for new residents for a free oil change and they did just that. They did not try to sell one more thing to me. I decided to get my emissions done there and had them look at a couple of other things and they quickly did those things, test drove the van to see what I was concerned with and said that everything seemed ok. They said that my tires were low and aired those up. They did not try to sell me on one thing. It seems like that is hard to find these days! more

Richard's is the only Company I will have take care of my car. Customer Service is very good. They explain whatever the problem is and what the cost of repair is + time it will take.Richard's take care of my Car Maintainance, they are Honest and you can be sure that they do not come up with questionable add-ons. Richard's technicians performed scheduled oil change for my car in the same professional manner I have come to expect. I drive from Sandy Springs to take care of my car and will continue to do that.
