Have done business with Richard's for a number of years. Has consistently provided quality service at a fair price. I appreciate his integrity. A number of times, he advised that requested work was not needed based on his inspection of the problem I complained of. He has been right. more

Professional service at a fair price. 12/23/2013

Overall satisfied. Shop misdiagnosed the part that needed to be replaced, but volunteered that they made a mistake instead of covering it up. They didn't charge any labor for installing the correct part. I give them an A+ for integrity and fairness and a B for diagnostics. more

They back up their work! 12/11/2013

Richards Auto repair did a complete rear brake job on my old ford f350. Many months later, but only 200miles since the work, it developed a brake fluid leak. I took it back to RAR. They inspected the problem and determined they had pinched a brake spring on the first install. They fixed the problem and gained a loyal client. I respect that they owned up to their mistake and corrected. more

Very Honest!! 10/20/2013

This was my third time taking my car here and I am just as pleased as the first time. I feel completely confident in what I was told needed to be repaired on my car. The dealership where I had been taking my car wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of repairs and Richards Automotive said most of the work was not necessary at all. I really appreciated their honesty! The prices here are excellent too and all work was done in a very timely manner. more

As a single mom, I have always felt very comfortable with all of the staff at Richard's Automotive. The mechanics and staff at Richard's Automotive Repair maintained extreme professionalism while explaining to me that it was a decomposing mouse body that was stinking up my car (coming in through the air vents). "Some" body parts were found and removed. A new blower motor was needed and they had to go buy Febreeze and Lysol to clean out the heater box. Yay, the kids aren't hanging their heads out the windows anymore when we have to go out. THANK YOU Richard! more
