Always dependable! 7/21/2013

I needed roadside service while in Marietta. Richard had a wrecker to my location and I was on the road in less than an hour. His staff was able to diagnose the engine problem but also noted several other items that would soon be a problem. I was able to get service for all the problems and my car was ready the next day. By noting the other problems while evaluating the cause of the engine failure, Richard saved me hundreds of dollars in labor costs by preventing an additional service trip that would have required that the engine be removed again. more

PEACE OF MIND 7/9/2013

I am always extremely pleased with the service that Richard's provides for my car. My recent visit was due to a strange noise and hesitation during a brief drive on I-75. They did a thorough job of checking it out and test driving but could find nothing...which was a good thing for me. My car is an older model and I keep up with all maintenance so having a place that I trust is of the utmost importance. Thank you Richard's Automotive! more

Richards Automotive took my vehicle without an appointment. I waited only about 25 minutes for a full oilchange/service, tire rotation, and maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Exceptional service 6/8/2013

Richard's Automotive is close to my home so when I moved to my current location I took my car in for Routine service and Emission testing. They are very accomodating re scheduling Appointments, perform thorough inspections and also explain what and why certain things are done. They are reliable and reasonable re my cars needs. I have lived in this area for 20 years and have recommended Richard's to my friends, my Brother-in-law also uses Richard's for several repairs he has needed on his Ford Explorer. more

Service 6/3/2013

Needed to get fan belt replaced for squeaking noise. I appreciated that I was not told to replace all of the belts. Did not see which belt was bad but replaced the alternator belt since in was the one that could not be tighten any further. The rest of the belts looked new. I would recommend them. more

Richard's was super helpful 5/24/2013

I called one morning on my way to work for several issues with my car. When I dropped the car off they took me to work (not that far away) and an hour or so later Richard called me with their findings and recommendations. Their prices are fair and when the repairs were complete they came and picked me up from work. I didn't have to take the day off work to get my car fixed and that means a lot to me. I will go back! more

Straight forward and to the point 5/9/2013

There is nothing worse than taking a car into a shop and getting the total run around. Today at Richards I went in for an oil change and transmission flush and was in and out quickly. They didn't try to sell me on new filters and brakes and tires and all the other crap other shops do. I told them to check out the noise coming from my engine and they diagnosed the same problem as the infiniti dealership did. Richards price is 40% lower than Infiniti. Good experience. more

We have taken all our vehicles there for years. Usually for a specific problem, but we always get a thorough review of other maintenance items that they recommend based on a thorough inspection. It's not a bunch of manufacturers recommendations, it's what needs to be to be checked. We have never been steered wrong. Pricing seems to be very good also. more
