Excellent Service 10/27/2014

Rafael was fantastic at communicating exactly what repairs needed to be done and what was less urgent. Work came in less than expected and the car is running better than ever. They could have charged more for some of the work but instead made a customer for life. more

Customer service 10/14/2014

I changed to RAA because of local ratings have been there several times. Customer service is excellent and quality appears to excellent, likewise. Biggest negative is work is consistently later than promised. Once, I had a trip planned out of town, RAA provided me a loaner, at no cost. However, a second time, I had to find alternate transportation. All in all, I think their service is great, but I think they need to improve on their timeliness of meeting their schedule commitment. more

Excellent Service 9/11/2014

When an engine light came on I took the car straight in and without waiting in less than 5 minutes, the Manager diagnosed the problem as nothing major, re-set the light and told me to come back if the light returned. Next morning@ 8:00am, the light returned. Took my car in, the manager took it immediately, called me with a quote, fixed the problem and had the car ready by for me by 2:45pm. Thank You . . . Just excellent service! more
