Somewahat Disappointed 10/13/2013

I alweays appreciate the professional, expert service at Richard's. However, this last time I made an appointment to have my tires rotated for 1:00 pm and was told upon arrival that it would be closer to 2:00 because all the mechanics just returned from lunch. Also, I was charged $30 for the rotation. This was the first time I bought tires from Richard's. I usually got them at another shop and they rotated the tires for free at each interval. I'll go back there next time. more

Oil Change and Regular Service 10/10/2013

They are friendly, convenient, and prompt. I called to get a smog check and oil change/regular service. It turned out the hybrid didn't need a smog for registration, so they didn't do it and didn't charge me. They wouldn't give me an estimate for oil change and service over the phone, instead they wanted to review packages once I was at their shop. The cost was significantly more than I expected it to be, but I just moved here from out of state. So maybe it was competitive. They finished my car as promised and had washed it as well. more

Prompt, efficient, dependable, personal touch 9/22/2013

My 1996 Dodge Caravan needed a new window mechanism, windshield wiper motor, and checkup. Everything was explained clearly and taken care of promptly. When the new wiper motor proved defective they replaced it immediately and without charge. I've found Oren and his staff to be professional with a personal touch. more

Am so very pleased with you -- the friendly service, even the shuttle to take me home and to come later to pick me up. In driving the car now, it feels good as well, just as if I'd had it serviced with the Subaru dealer. more
