Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

Not very happy with their organizational skills. The service is pretty decent, but twice now, I have had appointments made 6 months in advance, only to have them ""not in the system"" on the day of the appt. This happened for both my son, and myself, three months apart. My recommendation would be that they start hiring their front office staff based on ability, not appearance. We are switching dentists. more

Both the doctor and the assistant were nice and patient. They really care about you! more

Their prices were very reasonable (even if you don't have dental insurance like me). I can't say enough good things about the overall experience! more

I think they do excellent work there. I needed to see a periodontist because of issues I had with my gums. The doctor did an outstanding job getting my gums back health. I would recommend anyone that wants go dental work to try them. I love the place . more

I hate to even rate a 1 star but I had to do something.This place took my mom in for and infected tooth bought her back 3 times milked her insurance and gave her a bill for 45,000.00.They wanted to remove teeth that were perfectly fine,when she asked for them to only do the tooth that bothered her she was told she obviously had financial issues for not wanting to do the whole 45,000.00 and told her Riccobene wouldnt see her that she needed to go to the school of dentistry, that he wouldnt work on that one tooth and wouldnt even call her in an antibiotic until she could get to someone else even though he had seen her and her face looked like a softball.ALL ABOUT MONEY!Dr will be turned into the dentistry board,my mom didnt have any problem paying the several thousand he was going to charge her for that one tooth but not 45,000.00 but when he realized he wasnt going to get all that he refused her service and now she has wasted all that money on initial visits that are no good now that he doesnt want to see her and pay him all that money to pay for that expensive mercedes he drives around.ALL NEED TO BEWARE THERE ARE DENTIST OUT THERE THAT DO CARE THIS ISNT ONE OF THEM! more

This place was fantastic!! I walked in on a sunday after only calling an hour earlier... I had a wisdom tooth that was extremly bothering me; had the tooth pulled in the next 25 minutes... I didn't feel a thing... I was in a litttle Paine but nothing unbearable and was well enough to be back at work the next day ;) the rest if the staff was so comforting I felt like they truly cared more

This guys are aces in every way! They are sharp as a button, know how to make you feel good, and gives you updates every step of the way. Dr. Riccobene is amazing in every way, very professional, patient, and nice, so after 2 root canals i can almost say i look forward to my next one more

Dr. Riccobene is probably the best dentist I have ever had. I just moved in town, and was looking for a new dentist. He was recommended to me by a family member, and I'm so happy I took the advice. He is amazingly skilled, thorough, intelligent and warm. He is quite thoughtful in determining what is the best treatment, will give you his intelligent recommendations, and will not push a specific treatment. I have already recommended him to 4 co-workers, and I enthusiastically recommend him to all of you. more

Dr. Nora Barber is an incredible dentist and her staff are top notch. They did a teeth whitening for me and did an incredible job, provided me with all the take home materials, and took excellent care of me. And since being in a dentists chair means that you aren't going to get much in on the conversation other than ""MRRHMMMRMMRMRMMRM"", it helps that Dr. Nora Barber is a very interesting person with a lot to say. I don't think I really want to go anywhere else, I totaly recommand Riccobene Associates Family Dentristy more

Wow- this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I am beyond impressed with all of the people in the office. They are all so nice, caring and professional. I have had dentist horror stories and really have been afraid since then but my last 3 times in this office make the dentist visit enjoyable!\r I am so thankful to have found this office and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a kind, honest and professional dentist!\r more

I used to be horribly afraid of the dentist until I started going to Riccobene Associates Family Dentristy. They use a topical anesthetic before using the needle so I literally feel no pain at all. The office is beautiful and feels like entering a spa. The whole staff seems to be in a good mood and knows what they are doing. I give their office 5 starts because I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. more

I am a patient at the Clayton office and I have had several implants placed by Dr. Riccobene. I was a little apprehensive about the procedure but they were very thorough in explaining everything to me and I am so glad I chose to have this procedure done! I have never had any problems with any of my dental work. The staff is always so nice and friendly and eager to help me with any questions and/or concerns that I have. This is a top notch dental office and these people really know there stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

When I walked into to the office I was greeted with smiles from the receptionist. I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in the door. I had Invisalign treatment and I could not be happier with the results!!! If you are looking for a new dentist in Clayton or if you are close to Clayton I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Riccobene!!! more

Tough to get excited about having people stick large metal objects into your mouth. That said when you gotta go you gotta go. These folks are very good. Offices are super nice, staff is very friendly and doctors know their craft. I wanted to give them a thumbs up as they make something that is very unpleasant a really easy experience would not think about going anywhere else... more

I visited Dr. Riccobene through a referral. The moment I walked in I knew I found the right fit. The office was clean, inviting. The front desk greeted me immediately, handed me some paperwork to complete. As I sat down I noticed a Starbucks coffee machine there for any of their clients - how great is this I thought?! Once paperwork was complete, I was quickly escorted to a bright room and a super friendly hygienist began to clean my teeth. She was sincerely friendly and it made me feel very comfortable. Headphones were available and a TV on the computer monitor - nice! After the cleaning was done I met Dr. Riccobene and he was extremely professional, as well as, thorough. He found a cavity and suggested a root canal. Of course I hated to hear this but had no hesitation booking a future appointment right there in the chair. That was 6 months ago and I am due for another cleaning. I will be a lifetime patient because I feet they went the extra mile from the moment I walked into the office. Thank you Dr. Riccobene for being top notch with your guest accommodations and not being your typical stale dental office! more

My family and I have been to at least 3 of Riccobene Associates offices and love every one of them. From the front desk people to the assistants to the dentists, class act. The doctors are honest with us about what is needed and the best way to go about getting procedures done. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend any of their offices to anyone...especially if they are afraid of the dentist like I used to be! more

I have been going to Dr. Riccobene for about 2 years now. I have been to alot of dentists over the years, but Riccobene Associates is by far the best. I needed some cosmetic dentistry done for sometime now to close a gap between my two front teeth that has bothered me for some time. My last dentist gave me two recommendations, one was for braces to close the gap over time and the other was for porcelain veneers. These two options were going to cost me more than I was willing to pay. Dr. Riccobene said he could take care of the problem with bonding which is a white filling. I was so excited and when he finished, everything looked normal. The cost was for two fillings, which the insurance company paid their share of. I was so glad to finally find a dentist that understands that all patients cannot afford some of the options availabe. I was so excited that he offered me an option that I could afford. The office is awesome, and the staff are all so nice and professional. If you are looking for a dentist that will give you the personal touch you are looking for, then look no further. Riccobene at Flowers Plantation is the place to go. I love all of them!!!! Pros: Great office, great location, great staff Cons: Have not experienced any cons with this office more
