Not very happy with their organizational skills. The service is pretty decent, but twice now, I have had appointments made 6 months in advance, only to have them ""not in the system"" on the day of the appt. This happened for both my son, and myself, three months apart. My recommendation would be that they start hiring their front office staff based on ability, not appearance. We are switching dentists.
