We have been with Rhodes Warden Insurance Co. for three years. Whever we have had questions, our agent has always been available to answer--or has gotten back to us quickly. We have been Allstate customers for a few years now. We had a small disaster with our plumbing recently and Allstate was giving us a very hard time about covering it--even though they should have. Our agent at Rhodes Warden called the adjustor who issued the first denial and spoke to him personally on our behalf. He let him know that we were stand-up, honest people who did things by the book. Because of that, the adjustor called in a plumbing professional to ge their opinion, which ultimately led to us getting our disaster covered. If it hadn't have been for our agent, this wouldn't have happened and it would have been a disaster for our bank account. Highly recommend this business to anyone. All the staff we have dealt with have been very friendly, informative and willing to spend the time necessary to help you. more

We have been Allstate customers for over 10 years. We have always paid on time and always insured every one of our vehicles and our home to the max. The end of this summer we had a plumbing disaster under the house. When we found it, we called right away. They sent an adjustor out and he said he felt it had been there for over 2 weeks, so they were not going to cover. We told him we just found it and called right away. He apparently didn't believe us, or didn't care and said anything sitting for more than 2 weeks is not covered. Thankfully, our insurance agent called the adjust personally to explain to him that we were honest and good people. They called in a plumbing pro and when he gave his opinion, the adjustor changed his tune and decided to cover us. If it hadn't been for our personal agent, we would have had quite a bill that we couldn't have afforded. Very disappointed in Allstate for that. Before that, we had absolutely no issues with them. more
