Like other complainer said, if there was an option for no stars I would rate it like that. It is the worst company I have been with. I was visiting my son in U of I and parked my car in a wrong place. My car was towing by this company. Only about 2.5 miles and a couple of hours, this company wanted me to pay $205. The people in the company are extremely rude and they know I have to pay what they want since I have no other choices.\r

I read a lot of complains about this company over internet, the lot of victims like me were students who have no or very low income, but helpless. This company flagrantly robs money from this vulnerable groups, but, the owner and people in this company don't feel guilty. I feel so badly for American to allow this corrupt company to exist
