Rex is the same as all the other ""dime a dozen"" physical therapy offices around town, putting you through a series of exercises but not looking at the functionality of the area ...

I had a 2 month constant ache and pain in my shoulder that was not going away and was only getting worse. At the urging of a friend, I decided to try physical therapy through Rex Outpatient Rehab. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. However I worked with the therapist, followed their advice, and did the recommended exercises between visits. And to my surprise, after a few weeks, my shoulder improved and soon after that, was back to normal. more

Best Physical Therapy in the Triangle 3/11/2011

Just wanted to publicly thank the PT staff at Rex Outpatient Rehab on Blue Ridge Road for their excellent care! Hurt my shoulder and neck shoveling snow in late December, and the pain was so intense that sleeping was difficult. Had physical therapy on the same area 4 years ago (at another place I won't name that wasn't very good) after a car accident. Wasn't expecting great results, but knew I needed to get help. more

Frozen Shoulder Rehab 1/18/2011

Rex is the same as all the other ""dime a dozen"" physical therapy offices around town, putting you through a series of exercises but not looking at the functionality of the area being treated. They do not manipulate and guide, in this case, the shoulder. I went back to a PT that gave me great results 9 years ago. I was mistaken to try Rex. Lesson learned. I highly recommend Avante Physical Therapy. more
