Save yourself now! Restoremasters, Inc was recommended to me through farmers. I had nothing but problems with Restoremasters. They did work that is not up to code and now I'm having serious problems four and a half years later! Do not use these guys! They are a joke! I'm in the process of looking for a good attorney. more

`My basement flooded with sewer and water. As devastating as that is, everything had to be ripped up and out, and dried out. After that was done, I was left with a mess! After our insurance adjuster left, I was a wreck. He recommended RestoreMasters, and now I see why.\r \r Restoremasters were able to meet with me right away, give me an estimate and send a crew out within a few days. They had my whole basement done in 9 DAYS!!! I am talking insulation, drywalled, textured, painted, trim and baseboards done, a bathroom completely redone, and a stairwell painted.....that was close to 900 sq ft of space all done, and looking brand new.\r Mike Shurtliff, who is over it all, takes pride in his work, and his crew, and is supportive and caring every step of the way. He knows how to handle the insurance companies so I didnt have to worry about anything. I am especially grateful for the crew that he sent to me.\r If you get Brian and Bradley, consider yourself lucky, and extremely well taken care of. These two guys are amazing!! They kept my personal items clean, and safe covered in plastic, and were respectful of me and my family.They take pride in thier work, so you can be assured that your basement or other will be brand new, and better looking then before it was damaged. They also were able to help me out with a few other things as well, and were happy to do it. They have a great attitude, and are willing to work with you in all aspects. They were on time, and constantly working, I rarely saw them taking a break. They kept me informed, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work they did, before they moved on to something else. There were never any surprises, and they kept me informed and gave me choices on any concerns or ideas they had to make things better.\r \r Rest assured if you call these guys, you will be taken care of. I would HIGHLY reccomend RESTORE MASTERS to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much Restore Masters for all your hard work and dedication! more

I looked up restoremasters at www.restoremasters due a fire damage in my home. they came out and and gave a free estimate and where good to work with the insurance company. I was very nervous and upset with my loss and they took care of me every step of the way. I would recomened them to anyone. more

I had wind damage to my fence, roof, siding, & etc. Restoremasters was recommended by my insurance company. I had several other bids but Restoremasters was the only ones who would work with my insurance co and do the job for the ins allowance. I even ended up getting a better roof than I had before with a great warranty that no one else offered. If you have a natural disaster like i did or any flood, fire, wind or mold, I highly recommend them. There is a reason the Ins co recommended them and that's because they bend over backwards to take care of their customers. more

My mothers home was burned in January 2011. Their insurance company contracted with Restore Masters to completely remodel and restore the upstairs. That's where the nightmare began. The contractor they were sent was Mark. He argued with my parents over things they wanted done to THEIR home. He did them incorrectly, causing them to have several things (i.e. the flooring, cabinets, wiring, etc.) redone. This project which was probably close to only 1500 sq. feet took them clear though OCTOBER of 2011 to complete (although they still haven't finished everything, but were able to move back into their home). My mother is not an assertive person and it appeared to me that they took every advantage possible of this. The contractor was unreliable, showed up when he wanted and did a shoddy job of the work. If I could give them a negative score - believe me, I would!! I shed tears over the frustration my parents went though, they were living in a small apartment and hotel room in the meantime. The items they received back - which were to have their smoke removed was even late. It took them weeks after moving back into their home to receive it. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE unless you want your project to drag out and have a lot of headaches over it! more
