My name is Melissa Johnson and I am a promotional vacation rep. I recive comments from my customers all the time telling me what a fabulous Vacation their Families had! I do apologize to the customers that dont feel that saving 85% on a vaction to four and five star resorts is worth a 90 min tour. I have been in the promotional vactions field for over 15 years and never once told any customer they won anything. All reps are on a mandated script that informs the customer that the registered for a discounted Florida Behamas vacation and cruise for two and thier name has been qualified for the special promotion. The bonus Holidays are a bounus for registering today! I am sorry for the families that miss understand, we have no attentions on miss leading anyoine the Vacatiuons are highly discounted and their are many families that appreciate the great accomendation at an extremly awesome rate! Resort Tours & Accomodations called me at home (the Netherlands) and told me that i won a price. A holiday to Orlando and a cruise to the Bahama's! After telling them over and over again that they were joking... a woman called Melissa Johnson told me they werent, but were promoting their resorts and began to explain what the trip was about including all the fantastic things to visit on the way and that i was the lucky one that won a Bonus holiday to Aruba too. 'too good to be true'! I was thinking over and over again. After she told me to hold the line a man switched over and continued the conversation. I think he hoped that i was all excited an ready to for Florida! 1st thing he tried to sell me was a 4 persons trip to one of his resorts including a 80% discount. When i aswered his bith a bit laugh: are you gonna try to sell me something? he disconnected the call....;-)))) people, be carefull with these companies. the way they are selling stuff is very rude and always costs you more money then you think! \r Miek\r more

Hi We just got back from our vacation.. we paid $468.00 for this 80% off of hotels vacation deal. which was 398 to stay for a week and a $70 upgrade so we could stay in a better hotel and receive complementary breakfast then stay in a sheik resort. no complaints are far as our accommodations. However we were not aware of the torture that we got ourselves into. I was aware of 1 90 minute tour...not 2. \r Our first tour took place in Orlando we met with a woman named Caroline who has been with the company for over 10 years. She kept pushing and pushing for a sale she had us there for over 3 hours. She had told us we could not leave until a woman signed our paper or we would have to pay full price for our resort. VERY VERY UNPLEASNT I am going to write to the company about the almost abusive treatment my significant other went through at the second ""90 minute tour"" which took place in Hollywood beach FL. I refused to go because it was not my name was not on the paper. After the stress I went through on the first one, I didn’t care about paying full price for the second resort at Vacation Village in Weston.\r He told me that they were very rude to him and said that since he would not want to buy a time share and since I wasn’t present because of the first incident that he was going to pay full price for the room and they had called him a liar to his face about why he didn’t want to buy a time share. one man said to him that he was a f*^%!#@ broke poor guy and that he shouldn’t even be there, they almost made him cry. he was shaking and very distraught. a salesman had also said does any one here look happy to have to be here? \r I just cant get over after paying $468.00 then being pushed pressed and verbally abused was not worth all the hassle. I DO NOT suggest you go through RESORT TOURS & ACCOMODATIONS, INC its very very stressful and they will keep you as long as they desire telling you that they will make you pay full price for the room,, when in fact you also have to pay for the hotel tax which is anywhere between $1 to $12 a day. Book through priceline they seem to be the best!! Pros: Great places to stay (if you pay for the upgrade) Cons: 2 90 minute tours which they keep you longer and threaten to more

Writing to authorities on these guys..\r Owner Mark Ernst cant be found...\r Wont even refund our military guys who are\r fighting for our country..and arnt around to\r vacation....They are hateful..especially barbara Pros: They act nice cause they want your money Cons: wont refund for nothing more

It looks like the last two reviews were written by the Company itself. They are both in the same date and also in 2009. It is crazy how they trick everyone and get their information saying that it is a raffle and then call everyone and pretend that they are selling a cheap package. The reviews for this comany is really bad and accomations are very low standard. i will not recomment any one falling in their trap. more

This was one of the best vacations I've had. I attended a wedding show in my home town and filled out a registration for Disney/Daytona Beach. I received a call from Ginger that my name was selected for the trip.\r It was a GREAT VALUE!!!!! With money being so tight this was a wonderful opportunity to get away.\r Resort Tours and Accomodatons was very friendly and helpful in meeting my vacation needs. My husband and I had attended a Boat show near where we live and signed up for the vacation. We were a little skeptical when they called to let us know that we had been selected but it was such a great deal we went for it. We ended up taking the trip in October of 2008. The hotels were all as they advertised. 3 star or better. They weren't the Ritz Carton (5 star) but neighter was the price. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and accomodating. We had no problem booking our reservations and getting the dates we selected. We both had a blast at Universal Studios and also on the Suncruz casino cruise. For $398 I don't see how you could possibly go wrong. It was an exceptional value in our opinion and we would definitely do it again.... I should have been smart like the other review and cancelled the trip after I received what they called a ""brochure"" of our trip. It looked shady from the start. Then when we called to book our dates, they wanted more money to stay oceanside in Daytona and more money for a hotel that had a breakfast in Orlando. The hotels that they put us up in were not acceptable by my standards....I think we could have stayed in these hotels cheaper than the 399.00 that we paid for the ""free package"". I would never do this again...I thought if you went to visit a timeshare, you would stay in the place that the timeshare was in, but not in the case of this company...they put you up in shady hotels. BIG MISTAKE...if you have booked through this company, try to get your money back!!! more

After reviewing the package they sent me in the mail, I decided to cancel. I read all the fine print and mailed my package back to the company, assuming I would be refunded my $398. When I called to ask where my money was, I was given the run-around and finally was hung up on!!!! Thank you Melanie and Barbara, for being so kind to you customers. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
