Not sure about all these bad reviews. Maybe not understanding or listening to the initial phone call. My salesperson never said I am a ""winner"" ""free"" etc. He said, hey you have the opportunity to buy a discounted vacation, If you sit through a timeshare sales pitch. The discount price was a good price. I purchased it. I knew I had to buy plane tickets, food etc. One I booked, Melanie called me back to make my reservation. I called her a couple of times with questions and she was great. She called me back promptly and answered all my questions or concerns. My dates were available and I look foward to the trip. The next phase is how the trip goes. Up to this point, seems RTA did their part, provided a discounted trip. I don't think they lied about anything etc.
