After purchasing a Ford F-250 diesel pickup, it was difficult to get the dealer to service it without taking us to the cleaners for everything but what we had brought it there for in the first place. \r
The answer was that we needed to find a better company to service our vehicles, after all the dealership was unable to do the job. \r
After conducting an extensive search we came across a small but exceedingly skilled and people friendly automotive and automotive diesel service company, ""Reseda Automotive"". \r
My wife and I have not had an experience this gratifying and pleasant when dealing with our vehicles and their repair and maintenance. We were given an estimate up front and we were called and informed of any changes needed to be made once the work had commenced. \r
We dealt with the owner, ""Bill Graham"", and ""Danny"", both were very courteous and neither were condescending because of our lack of automotive knowledge, as a matter of fact, they explained everything in a manner that was very understandable and easy to mentally digest. \r
These guys were able to accomplish what the Ford dealerships were unable to accomplish after many hours of service at our expense. Reseda Automotive did an excellent job and took such good care of us that we dropped off our second vehicle when we picked up the one that was in for repair. \r
I can't think of a more knowledgeable and courteous place to take a vehicle for any one of the many automotive services they provide. \r
I'm ""OLD SCHOOL"", 55yrs old, and this is good old fashioned service!
