I have been doing business with this company for over 10 years. When I find a good mechanic I just don't leave however, this company has recently been taken over by the old owner...

If your looking for a place that is honest, friendly, has great mechanics\r and appreciates your business, look no further. I brought my car in for an oil change and after such great service, I've been back for other repairs. They will shuttle you home and back and your car is washed when it is ready. more

I've know Joe,the owner, for around 25 years. He backs up his work 100%, which is rare and his repairs are to factory specifications, which is rarer. I bring all my classic cars and my family's newer cars to him. In the car repair business you don't always get what you pay for, but you will at Resseda Automotive. more

when my old Toyota corolla got the ""check engine"" signal on I took it to the dealer in Northridge. they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for fixing the car so I decided to take it to Reseda Automotive. they had been recommended by other shop that fixed my car's transmission.\r The guys there were very honest and charge me for the same repair at least four times less! I even got more things done ( in only one day) and still did not come any closer to the Northridge dealer initial budget.\r bottom line I felt they did a proficient and honest job and did not try to take advantage of me. For the first time I feel I could recommend a mechanic shop to anyone.\r I almost forgot! they even helped me get a low rate for the rental car I used while my car was in the shop. talk about complete customer satisfaction! more

I've been looking for a good auto repair shop since my warranty expired. After checking out a few places Reseda Automotive was recommended to me for services on my BMW. They were honest and upfront during the repair process and were able to repair an issue I've been having trouble resolving. There warranty on service beats every other place I went. Service was excellent. more

After all the ""others"" that I've gone to, this place is where I will go for as long as I'm in the valley! SUPER honest and fair. They fixed a problem with my air in-take that when ""others"" would fix it, the ""Service engine soon"" light would come on. It drove me NUTS! Then I took it in to them because my smog wasn't passing and they found out EXACTLY what is wrong. I recommend these guys if you want your car to be fix correctly the first and ONLY time! more

One thing that I like about Reseda Automotive is that when I take my vehicle in there, there might be a number of things wrong. They tell me each thing that needs repaired, and the ones that are critical to get done, and the cost. They always say, ""This needs to be done and this is what the cost will be."" That's nice. I think they go out of their way to please the customer. more

This is the only place I trust to perform services on my car. Ever since having a bad experience at several Toyota dealerships, I was lucky enough to find this shop. Now my car runs great and I don't have to worry about bringing it back to fix what needed to be fixed in the first place. I recommend Reseda Automotive to all my friends. more
