I had a sewer back up in Sept of 2010, i called rescue rooter, they send Dave.w (don't have his full last name) out. he quoted me a price for clearing the drain and video inspecting it, i felt it was a little high but he assured me it would give us the most information regarding my problem. so i said go for it, he was able to clear my line and upon a video inspection he found numerous problems with my drain that he informed me could cause future stoppages. he gave me a quote for a replacement and my wife and i decide to pass and see how long we could get by. he was not pushy what soever infact i think his word were something like should you have another backup give us a call and i will take care of it for free! anyways we did have another backup roughly about two months later again i called rescue and Dave was again our technician. he did indeed attempt to clear our line for free however this tome we were out of luck, we were forced to replace our drain. rescue rooter and Dave handled everything and never left us without a functioning shower or toilet! best of all we got a 10 year warranty with out purchase and a direct number for Dave should we ever have any problems! i don't know if it was just out luck getting Dave or not but we will definitely ise this company from now on and recommend them to our friends for all out plumbing needs! thanks again .
