Everything with Repipe Specialists went very smoothly. We met with our first contact, the salesperson, and went through the process with him. He gave a quote, and then we negotiated. It was all very professional. We signed the contract, and I like the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty. We repiped the entire house with copper pipes. They explained exactly what they would do and how they would do it. Then they actually did it that exact same way. It went very well. Their timing estimate was accurate, and the quality of work was very good. The crew was very easy to work with. They cleaned up everything after they were done. Everything went very smoothly. It has only been a couple of months since the install, but everything is working fine. I have no complaints at all, which is why I gave them high marks. more

They were in and out in one day. I was taking a hot shower by 5 or 6 pm the day they were there. They came back and patched the walls either the never next day, or two days later (whatever we agreed on, unfortunately I can't recall now). And just like that I had awesome water pressure. more

Found this company from a home improvement faire. Representative that booked the work was very straight forward about work, possible problems, etc. Gave me a quote. A crew arrived at the exact time and date after calling ahead the day before to reconfirm the numbers. The foreman was very personable and explained to me as the job progressed, all that they were doing, including anything they were doing due to my city's building codes. The crew was in and out of the property after only about six hours. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Another employee came a day later to patch the walls. All work was completed in a timely manner with total clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Water pressure is now amazing. We had a small problem when employees going in and oat of the crawl space in the house accidentally tore some phone wiring. I had a phone technician and he indicated that it was more than likely done by the pipe employees. He indicated the charges by AT&T for the call and the repair and I called a representative of the repipe company. They didn't ask me for documentation or anything. They took my quote for repairs over the phone and in 1 day that amount was deducted from the overall payment. Incredible! more

I had an emergency, and I called 6 plumbers. I got a quote over the phone from one plumber for $1,500, and then another plumber came out and quoted me $1,500, but then went down to $1,400 and drove off. Then the guy from Repipe Specialists came out and did an estimate. He measured things, and filled out stuff on his clipboard, and then talked to me. He told me that they had a cancellation for the next day, so they would give me a break on the price and do it the next day. He quoted me $1,384. He said they would be done by 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I signed the contract and put a down payment of 10%. The next morning, which was Christmas Eve, they were out at 7:30 and done before noon. It was a simple job. There was a leak in the water line between the meter and the house. It turned out that the original supply line was made out of plastic, and it broke. I was losing water at a rate of 33 cubic feet per hour. It was a huge bill for the water. Now there is not a problem. There is no leak or anything. The work included the inspection permit and any fees associated with that, so there was nothing extra I had to pay. I am really happy with them. The only thing that was not perfect was that the grass was not put back on perfectly, but considering it was wet and rainy, they did a great job. more
