Save your time. DO NOT GO HERE. I found these guys to be dishonest and disrespectful.\r \r Went to this shop when Firestone told me I had a crack in the wheel of my BMW 328 convertible and a damaged tire. These are run flat tires that can range between $300- $500, but the benefit is safety because if you have a flat, you can still drive on the tire. If you purchase insurance, you just pay the prorated use - which I did. \r \r I have insurance on my tires with Firestone - so I fixed the tire. A couple days later I took my car to Repair on Wheels so they could replace the rim. This was in August 2014. I had a flat on the same tire in April 2015. I am not new to flats... I have 13 run flats replaced since moving back to NYC in 2011; however, this tire was more damaged than I had ever seen. After bringing the car to Firestone, they informed me that the damaged tire was not the Bridgestone run flat, but a Michelin tire that is not one they carry!!\r \r Turns out that ""Repair"" on Wheels replaced my run flat with a regular Michelin tire... and I had to pay full price to Firestone to get the run flats tire. The ""comic"" who owns Repair on wheels made jokes, but did nothing about the error... suggesting that Firestone was at fault. I trust Firestone much more than this dishonest shop.\r \r The empty offer to submit a destroyed tire to Michelin to get $30 - 50 - a tire that I never owned) is ridiculous. This companies inventory/ supply chain management has to be questionable. I have two cars, an BMW X6 and the 328 convertible - which i do not drive in the winter. I heard nothing from them until I submitted a critical review. Typical.\r \r Again... Save your time. DO NOT GO HERE. If you have a nice car, find a reputable shop. more

I have been dealing with these guys for about 2 years. They are always friendly and do great work. They have always finished repairs, for me, within 24 hours (probably less). Other reviews have summed them up just the same, I just wanted to echo their sentiments. I'm moving out of the area and I'm pretty sure I won't ever find a place like this again. Pros: honest, cheap, fast Cons: none more

Repairs on Wheels is a trustworthy place to take your car for maintence, inspection and service. They are open early, late and on Sundays. No appointment needed and you can wait in their worn but quaint and comfortable waiting room. Friendly people, fair prices and great repair work. Pros: Honest and trustworthy - fair prices. I have a 98 Pontiac Grand am se. Im seeing a low coolant sensor light come on my car. I see no water leaks under my car or signs of water coming out on the driveway? I checked the coolant area it was low on coolant, put some antifreeze and drove it and still seeing this light come on. They finally found out it was the sensor. They just charged me for changing the sensor. Other people would have changed many other things and charge me a lot. more

This is the best auto repair place I've ever been to. The people there are completely honest. Often they will give discounts on expensive repairs. They do an amazing job on your car. They even have a room you can wait and watch TV while they repair your car. One thing to be careful of. DO NOT PULL INTO THEIR DRIVEWAY!!!! You park outside, they will come to find out what is wrong with your car, and test drive it when needed. Inside they have a ton of bays and workers. PROS: Outstanding workmanship CONS: Under the el train, so it is often loud more
