Save your time. DO NOT GO HERE. I found these guys to be dishonest and disrespectful.\r \r Went to this shop when Firestone told me I had a crack in the wheel of my BMW 328 convertible and a damaged tire. These are run flat tires that can range between $300- $500, but the benefit is safety because if you have a flat, you can still drive on the tire. If you purchase insurance, you just pay the prorated use - which I did. \r \r I have insurance on my tires with Firestone - so I fixed the tire. A couple days later I took my car to Repair on Wheels so they could replace the rim. This was in August 2014. I had a flat on the same tire in April 2015. I am not new to flats... I have 13 run flats replaced since moving back to NYC in 2011; however, this tire was more damaged than I had ever seen. After bringing the car to Firestone, they informed me that the damaged tire was not the Bridgestone run flat, but a Michelin tire that is not one they carry!!\r \r Turns out that ""Repair"" on Wheels replaced my run flat with a regular Michelin tire... and I had to pay full price to Firestone to get the run flats tire. The ""comic"" who owns Repair on wheels made jokes, but did nothing about the error... suggesting that Firestone was at fault. I trust Firestone much more than this dishonest shop.\r \r The empty offer to submit a destroyed tire to Michelin to get $30 - 50 - a tire that I never owned) is ridiculous. This companies inventory/ supply chain management has to be questionable. I have two cars, an BMW X6 and the 328 convertible - which i do not drive in the winter. I heard nothing from them until I submitted a critical review. Typical.\r \r Again... Save your time. DO NOT GO HERE. If you have a nice car, find a reputable shop.
