Incomplete job! Great place to go if you have a lot of time and money to waste.

Editorial review from Citysearch 8/4/2012

\r STAY AWAY! PLEASE READ! Hung up on?!? Profanity?!? Really? Not my first Rodeo with Lithia Jeep but all previous has been with good service. Not Anymore! Alan Whitaker stay away from AT ALL COSTS. Crooked Salesman who likes to hang up on customers and use profanity. Really. \r \r Buying a new Jeep. It has been 6 days to get a deal going as Alan Whitaker made me drive in, he wasn't there to have the front desk girl take my vin. Then LIES for 3 days saying he is getting bids. He never had the right VIN# so he wasn't getting bids! So I get everything done 5 days later. They are dealer trading the vehicle said it would be in today. More LIES! They just want you to sign the paperwork! I call the dealer as it will take about 6 hours to get to Seattle; ""Nope, no dealership has called requesting for it"". So again, more lies and I wouldn't be getting it today. \r \r Overall...any dealership the throws you around for a week, lets their sales people use profanity and hang up the phone on you and most of all the Managements answer is ""Well that doesn't sound like him"". Stay FAR FAR Away! I guess him lying and saying he would get bids for 3 days but never had the right VIN# didn't sound like him but the admitted he did that. Jeeps are amazing! JUST NOT FROM LITHIA! more

By far the best experience buying a vehicle! 1/24/2011

My husband and I are expecting our first child in April and were looking for a new baby-friendly vehicle. We were most interested in the new Grand Cherokee and were looking for a test drive. Norm Robb was the first on the scene: he was incredibly personable and informative - without an ounce of salesie-ness. We test drove, loved it, and sat down to talk numbers. Lithia's process of negotiations is so different from other dealers - there is no ""four-square"" method, they were straight forward and to the point. It took 3 rounds of back and forth before the numbers were right on what we wanted (and keep in mind we had been there for an hour or so). We applied for credit, took our ""possible"" new car to lunch, and they called us when the paperwork was in line about 45minutes later. Another 45minutes of signing and a quick checklist and we were off. I have never in my life had such an easy, stressfree transaction during the purchase of a vehicle - it's usually something I avoid at all costs. This completely changed my mind - I'll be buying from Lithia again. Hands down. more

Changed my opinion of used car guys forever! 6/29/2007

Upon arriving, I was greeted by James Giri. We spent literally hours test driving cars to just go back to the first one we drove. He treated me with respect and gentle pressure (it is a sales job, after all!). At no time did I feel as though I was getting treated differently because of my gender (or any other reason). From beginning to end, I felt respected and embraced, almost as a friend. From the sales floor, to the finance department, and all points in between, they have an exceptional team!!! It didn't hurt that, my new car is dreamy. :D Pros: Great vehicles and fantastic personnel. It's all about exceptional customer service here. Cons: None to speak of more
