My husband and I are expecting our first child in April and were looking for a new baby-friendly vehicle. We were most interested in the new Grand Cherokee and were looking for a test drive. Norm Robb was the first on the scene: he was incredibly personable and informative - without an ounce of salesie-ness. We test drove, loved it, and sat down to talk numbers. Lithia's process of negotiations is so different from other dealers - there is no ""four-square"" method, they were straight forward and to the point. It took 3 rounds of back and forth before the numbers were right on what we wanted (and keep in mind we had been there for an hour or so). We applied for credit, took our ""possible"" new car to lunch, and they called us when the paperwork was in line about 45minutes later. Another 45minutes of signing and a quick checklist and we were off. I have never in my life had such an easy, stressfree transaction during the purchase of a vehicle - it's usually something I avoid at all costs. This completely changed my mind - I'll be buying from Lithia again. Hands down.
