Rent All of Tampa

we were given a quote for all necessary items for our wedding reception. Six months later, when I came into the store, I asked to speak with the person that took my orderthe girl at the desk said she was ""too busy to help me"", but that she could take my order. The girl said we had to keep the order exactly as the quote was made, in my fiancee's name. That was fine, I placed my order, payed my 20% security deposit, IN CASH, and signed the contract. I went home and reviewed my rental agreement and found many mistakes, so I called and apparently they fixed everything. Since signing the contract, I have found another supplier who will provide all the same items for almost half of the cost I called to ask for a match and they say NO 2 month before my event i called to cancel my order, after carefully reading the terms and conditions on the back of my contract i knew i could. I was told that I could not cancel the order since it was not in my name, and that they would call my fiancee. They called him at work and he approved the cancellation. When I called back to ask about my refund, I was told that they would mail it to me, but didn't know when because money was not available. I asked to speak with the manager, and the girl said ""Im the manager"" so I asked to speak with the owner, and was told that she did not want to speak with me. OVERALL, THE RENTAL ITEMS ARE OVERPRICED AND THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND RUDE AT BEST.I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN*** more

This company is unreliable; they lack organization and consistency. their prices are ridiculos, but it's because their needs come before everything else; including the customer. more

Me and My co-worker had been planing this event for the longest time and RENT ALL OF TAMPA just came to RUIN everything. We had to appologize to our clients , it was a disaster and embarrasing. this people dont care about a thing they even smoke inside the shop , we gave them a try but it wont happen again. This is 2011 not 1950 guys more

I rented tables and white plastic chairs from this place for a company event, the tables looked like the tops came off and they nailed plywood on them. They were all scratched and not sturdy and very short low to ground. The chairs where disgusting, to say the least. They were not even white they were almost gray of unclean and beat up. Trust me they are also very rude when you call to complain.... I would never recommend them to anyone. Neither will we rent from them again. more

Not only am i going to write a review but let everybody know that ""RARU"" is actually the ""manager"" of rent all is obvious he is going to write a good review about the company he works for and most definetly he is going to get someone that works for them to also write a good review...yes they are going to say good things because the rentals are free and they are going to try to make the company look good no matter what...it is understandable...how pitiful tht their own people have to do that because noone else will. They have poor customer service, the items are ugly and old ( crapy ) NOT A GOOD COMPANY>>DONT RENT FROM THEM they just care about the money they can get while it last more

If i could choose not to give them any start...it would be better.They are the worst company i have ever worked with.Very unprofesional..the so called manager is a ""drunk"" and very disrespectful. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of Rent All.My mother recently passed away. My house wasn't big enough to accommodate all the family at the gathering.We called 2 days ahead for a tent,tables & chairs.The girls at the counter were very proffessional keeping us at ease during this sad time. just wanted to discourage anyone from even considering booking ANYthing with RENT ALL OF TAMPA I paid the full amount for tent, linens, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, and a bar from them and gotta say the bar was ugly ,disgusting they were so late. They arrived as my guests were arriving!!! the glasses were the wrong ones and they answer was thats all they had....oh not when i booked everything, the linens were stained and the coffe maker did not work. A DISASTER. And the manager............that guy is a joke, stupid and unprofessional more

Arranged for them to provide the tables and chairs for my kids birthday party and they didn't show up when we call they said there was a computer problem that their system was down and didnt save my order.After repeatedly contacting them, we were forced to cancel the charges through our bank because the manager was rude and wouldn't even listen to us when we asked them to do the right thing and just refund our money. They would not and told us to go through our bank. We're still fighting this for over a month now. I would be very cautious entering into a contract with this business. more

Most places give you 5 days to cancel after you reserve the date. Unless its close to the party date. I reserved a party for aug for my daughters 4th birthday and gave them a deposit of $200.00 dollars in June. Later on I was layed-off from my job. Not knowing where my life woudl end up after this lay-off. I called them and begged them to please understand my situation and reimburse the deposit. They told me that they had that situation happen before and that she would leave the money there for a year. A year from June !!!! so even if I could do this next year I wont be able to use the credit because it would have expired in June.(Very slick on their part). I have dealt with party vendors for most of my adult life and I am very loyal to those who are good to me. As a professional I know that sometimes policies (specially for small business) can be changed. In this case knowing that I am a single mother and now unemployed they didnt have the human decency to reimburse my deposit. Not the type of person that I want to do business with. I hope when you read this you decided not to do your party with them Find a place that will take in consideration unexpected and misfortunate events. I would understand if she would take this attitude if this was closer to the party date but we are taking about 1.5 months. I told them that I would not recommend them to my cirlcle of friends. And they said very rudely that my circle of 10 people are not important because she has 3000 clients. Obviously she has so much business that she will not value yours!!! I dont know about you ...but I want someone who values my business now and later! more

Uhhh this people make me sick.They discriminate and they are very unprofessional...If you are black or hispanic you better make sure you have ID Credit Card .The ID dont bother me but the credit card some of us dont have a credit card.You think somebody is gonna still that crap you have there...which by the way is not good quality at all.God help them out..We are all the same our money is worth the same..... more

I rented a tent, chandelier, tables, chairs and bar service for a party at my home . First, the driver was not provided with sufficient directions to get to my home. They arrived to my home 2 hours after they called and said they were on the way. Secondly, the tent was disgusting and had so many holes ,the chairs were dirty and the chandeliers looked like crap.When they showed me the items they looked nice but what i got was far from nice.When i asked the girl why this happened she said the items on display look better............if you dont have the same items in stock dont show something just to try to get the business that is not the way you do your customers.When the drivers came back to my house to pick up the rental items, they ""took"" my brand new garbage can.PETTY . Needless to say, for the cost of the service I was disappointed that they would be so petty.I was stressing about my event already and they made it worst.........i mean couldnt you find a better looking tent,clean chairs,and a descent chandelier in between all that crap you have there.......Dont advertise if you dont have something that is worth spending the money. more

What a horrible experience this was. What should have been the happiest day of my life turned into a nightmare.The linen napkins were suppose to be ready the day before the wedding and they weren't .The rental truck showed up late on the day of the wedding. The white chairs arrived dirty. We received 2 different sized chair covers...not to mention they had another company label.(FOR THAT I WOULD HAVE GONE THERE MY SELF) which didn't fit all the chairs.When we called to complain....no body was available to give us an answer and when they did...after they took forever to get back with us....it was the most ridiculus way.....a discount on my next order ? come on guys...dont be silly..I WONT COME BACK HERE FOR NOTHING !!!....do your job ....some people are willing to spend money for quality services.MY SISTER IS GETTING MARRIED THIS YEAR AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY. NO WAY. I have worked with Rent all of Tampa for over 30 years. The associates are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers, if they do not have what you need in stock they will do everything in their power to find it for you. They allow you to pick up early as long as they have it at no additional HOURLY cost! I am sure they have had issues as every company does but most of them don't try to correct it as Rent all does. I think you would be happy with their service, give it a try!!!! more
