I spent more than $800 for tablecloths, chair covers (for banquet chairs) bows, and china teacups for a 75th b-day tea party for my mom. On the day of my event I discovered they had not included my 108 chair covers and had to go back to the store. Then while setting up, half the chair covers didn't fit but it was too late for me to go back to the store to get it resolved. Since I made it clear from the start that I had banquet chairs and it was confirmed that the covers would fit, when the problem arose I assumed the styles had been mixed up in error. When I returned the items after my event and requested to get some kind of credit for that part of the rental the buck was passed and it took me 2 days to speak with the person who handled my order. She half-apologized, offerred me nothing, was more concerned about what her boss would say, and even tried to make me feel guilty because I requested a color (from their selection chart) that wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. Their post-event service changed to 'Too bad, so sad' and I was left frustrated and jipped.
Cons: You won't get what you paid for & they won't care
