Wow!!!! 3/3/2014

What amazing service!! From the moment I walked in to drop off my car, until the 3 hours later when I picked it up I was treated so well as was my car. They charge a fair price and one feels that they are getting the " straight scoop ." These people take pride in their business and it comes through in how their customers are treated. We will definitely return. I just wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I have already sent them a new customer. more

The nice frendly people 2/26/2014

I took my Cayman S in to check out a rubbing sound that would occur every time I made a left turn. They found a one cm rock lodged between the brake pad and roter and removed it. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait. Their shop is clinical in appearance and they are the nicest people you will ever find in a Porsche service facility. more

Honest, frank input 2/24/2014

I purchased a car sight unseen over the internet without first personally inspecting it (crazy). I got the car to Guy and team at Renn Haus who immediately drove the car, got it up on the rack and built my confidence with frank, immediate feedback. Their approach was refreshing and appreciated. I am picking up the car next week and expect it to be exactly as advertised. Thanks Guy and Renn Haus! more

Porsche 911 oil/filter change 2/13/2014

My appointment was for 1pm, my car was pulled on time, I was given a tour of the facility which I found to be meticulous. After my oil change, I was given a sample of my dirty oil and my old filter so I could analyze for shavings. The items were nicely packaged in a plastic bag/box. I came here after checking PCA recommendations for shops in the area, and having Greg Fura, a master mechanic who worked for a reputable Mercedes dealership for many years on board "sealed the deal" for me to choose this auto repair shop. I am a Canadian far from home who ran into trouble with my BMW. Not having an alternate car, I went to Renn Haus hoping for a timely repair. They were so friendly and accommodating to this first time customer. They fit me in their busy schedule and had me on my way within 2 hours. I am very appreciative and will bring my baby (BMW) to them for any future work! more
