Whenever I need service for my Mini Cooper I take it to Renn Haus. They not only do a great job on my car, they're incredibly friendly, accommodating (arranging for my rental at a special discounted rate), and fair. The work I had done on my most recent visit ended up costing more than the price they'd quoted me, but they DISCOUNTED MY BILL and honored their original quote. Renn Haus is the team I always count on to take care of me and my car. I highly recommend them. more

Smart and ethical 3/27/2014

These folks are not just 'parts replacers'. They actually find out what is wrong with your car and fix that, not half of the car with new unneeded parts. Guy and his crew are really top notch and I would recommend Rennhaus to anyone. Esp those with German autos. However, they did not wash my car....ha. I can get it washed alot for the money I saved more

Mixed experience 3/4/2014

We were grateful that our service need could be quickly accommodated as we felt it unsafe to have a headlight out. We were treated courteously as always. However I think $100 is a lot to charge for essentially changing two light bulbs. I know it's not quite that simple, but it seems like a lot. Actually, we were not advised of the cost before service as usual either. That might have made it not so much a shock when we got the bill. more
