My appointment was for 1pm, my car was pulled on time, I was given a tour of the facility which I found to be meticulous. After my oil change, I was given a sample of my dirty oil and my old filter so I could analyze for shavings. The items were nicely packaged in a plastic bag/box. I came here after checking PCA recommendations for shops in the area, and having Greg Fura, a master mechanic who worked for a reputable Mercedes dealership for many years on board "sealed the deal" for me to choose this auto repair shop. When my factory warranty runs out, this will be my place for sure.
