Review content:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL REGRET IT. I Had the pleasure (shall I say un-pleasure) of hiring this company to assist me in purchasing a new home. My experience with this company started off great, but degraded to disbelief. In my opinion, Cyndi, the owner, is less than professional and her only interest is helping the builders move homes, although I hired her company to ensure my interest are being watched over. She will not return your phone calls or emails, unless money is involved. She will blow your concerns off or minimize them. I've purchased over 5 homes and this is one of the worst experiences. If my family and I were not pressed for time, I would have waited until my formal agreement ended with Peachtree and went with Remax or another company. Customer Service is substandard...rookie operation. Lesson learned, ensure you get EVERYTHING in writing. Including something as simple as, a mailbox will be provided for the home.
