Renew Beauty Med Spa

I love walking into Renew Beauty. The staff is so friendly and the place is gorgeous. My newest obsession now is laser hair removal at Renew Beauty. The process doesn't take that long and the results are amazing. Renew has so many services to offer, I wonder what I'll end up doing next. :) more

I love this place, I found it because I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal but have since purchased several additional services. Most reecently I got my hair cut and highlighted by Randy and it was the best my hair has ever looked. I will contiune to use Renew Beauty for my beauty needs. more

I have a hard time thinking any of the posted reviews that are flattering in any way, are actually real. I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon only to be disappointed by the excessive wait times, being hung up on while trying to book appointment and ridiculous lack of customer services. Each time I went it seemed to get worse and they always had a hard time locating my groupon! So frustrating. When I asked to speak to the manager they directed me to a kid named Sara that was extremely rude and basically indicated, ""You purchased a Groupon, what did you expect?"". It became obvious to me that they view these kind of clients as low rent and treat them as such. I actually have money to spend on other services and most of my friends do as well but I refuse to spend another dime at this business. I won't even go back to finish my package because it's not worth the abuse and lack of professionalism I've been forced to endure. I guess that's what you get when you have kids as managers rather than mature adults that are experienced with how to take care of clients. more

Had a great first experience at Renew! I went in for my consultation a few months ago and then went back about 6 weeks ago. Was very satisfied with the services received! Prices are reasonable ( compared to others) and they goes straight to the point! Two of my girlfriends recommended his services, and now I can see why! Great bedside manner and staff is very hospitable. Can't wait to see what additional services they offer in the future! more

This place I LOVE LOVE!!! I like most, had my doubts at first but that soon changed after entering and feeling like people there actually really cared about your skin care needs. THey makes an genuine effort to get your skin where you want it to be. I suffered with acne and had tried everything but after only 2 weeks of treatment and the recommended products, my skin is almost 100% cleared ! First appointment, had to wait 15 minutes... it was a Sunday afternoon on Mother's day... they were busy, I wasn't... no big deal, afterall, it was only 15 minutes... ON MOTHER'S DAY. However, they bent over backwards to apologize, offer me beverages / snacks, and one of the staff who picked up on the fact that I was nervous sat with me in the waiting room and explained the procedure step-by-step (and she was completely honest/accurate). NEVER had I been treated so well (to include the Nordstrom Spa - who does a good job, but NOT CLOSE to as good as Renew Beauty - who does it better/cheaper!).\r \r Second appointment, original appointment was at 5. Called at 3 the same day and explained that something had come up at work and I needed to come in early and WALK OUT THE DOOR BY 4:30... NO EXCEPTIONS. Their response ""Absolutely, we will work you in early."" I arrived by 3:30, waited 5 minutes in their comfortable waiting room, resisted the beverages/snacks offered me, had my treatment and WALKED OUT THE DOOR AT 4:21!!! As I was leaving, their final words were ""I know you are in a hurry, so I'll just call you tonight to make your next appointment. Drive safely!"" Amazing!\r \r It is clean, very reasonable, super-friendly/accomodating staff, that truely understands customer service. \r \r No doubt that I will continue coming back. \r \r Nice job, Renew Beauty. I am addicted to this place!!! They offer so many great services and products. The one thing that I recommend to everyone is to try the laser hair removal. It is so quick and the results are amazing. I got my bikini area and underarms done at Renew and I am so happy with my results. I love not having to shave! The staff at Renew is great they always greets you with a smile when you walk in. I definitely recommend Renew Beauty to anyone looking into getting laser hair removal or other spa services. They are the BEST! Pros: Love the staff and all the treatments they offer. Update -\r It's happening...I went in last week to purchase the pit hair removal package..I'm becoming addicted!!! \r \r - So, I hate to say this publically...but as I'm getting older I noticed that I was getting more facial hair. It was bugging me to no end and I decided to get laser hair removal. I looked onlineand saw that Renew had good ratings so I went in for a consultation....and came out of it purchasing multiple treatments...as well as my bf doing so, too. HA HA\r \r the staff was amazing...her personality...her skills!!! I was so nervous to go because I started getting adult acne a few years ago and I didn't want anything else to go wrong with my face. She even talked to me on the phone to say ""get in here, silly!"" I finally went last Saturday and had NO reaction! I could not believe it. Even my bf has a slight reaction and I am the one with sensitive skin. (Of course, everyone has different reactions.)\r \r Everything about the experience was terrific...their reminder calls, the emails I get from them, the way they greet you when you enter and my treatment sessions. Renew Beauty at NorthPark is the GREATEST!!!! The staff is professional, but warm and friendly........not the typical NorthPark snob. I was assisted promptly in booking my appointment and briefly talked to about the procedure and what all to expect. I felt very welcomed and at ease about my laser hair removal treatment series. I have raved to my friends and work associates about my experience at Renew. I will definitely look to Renew for all of my ""beauty treatments"". I stumbled upon Renew Beauty Med Spa and Salon while walking through NorthPark mall a couple months ago and am so happy I did. I purchased a laser hair removal package from the day spa and have completed the first treatment. The laser hair removal procedure was completely painless and the tech did an excellent job explaining exactly what she was doing and why. Since that first laser hair removal appointment I have gone back to Renew Beauty to get a facial and microdermabrasion before my wedding. Another fantastic decision! The facial was so relaxing and it was customized to my skin type. The microdermabrasion was painless and left my skin with a natural healthy glow. If you're looking to get permanent laser hair removal or skin care treatments this is the place to go. They are located upstairs in NorthPark mall across from Barney's. So my friend and I have always talked about getting laser hair removal done, but it was more of a dream for the future than a reality for now. Through groupon, however, our dream became reality. We made our appointment together and asked a lot of questions before going. While there, the ladies at the desk were so friendly and helpful answering the last few questions we had. Then we went to wait. They were a little behind, but made feel extra special. One of the consultants there explained in a bit more detail the procedure and shared her own story and how she loves that she had laser done. When it was time my friend went first and then about 30 minutes later, presto, she was done and it was my turn. The girl who performed the procedure on my legs was great! She was down to earth and for the location of the spa and the type of people there, that was refreshing. When we were all done and checking out at the desk they did not oversell any products, which can be annoying, but told us about what things would help and then let us make the decision. At the close, they waved goodbye like we were old friends and we left feeling like princesses! Giggling all the way home about the experience! more

I had a wonderful time at the spa, it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I had one of the best massages I have ever had in my life done by Madelynne. She was excellent! more
