First appointment, had to wait 15 minutes... it was a Sunday afternoon on Mother's day... they were busy, I wasn't... no big deal, afterall, it was only 15 minutes... ON MOTHER'S DAY. However, they bent over backwards to apologize, offer me beverages / snacks, and one of the staff who picked up on the fact that I was nervous sat with me in the waiting room and explained the procedure step-by-step (and she was completely honest/accurate). NEVER had I been treated so well (to include the Nordstrom Spa - who does a good job, but NOT CLOSE to as good as Renew Beauty - who does it better/cheaper!).\r

Second appointment, original appointment was at 5. Called at 3 the same day and explained that something had come up at work and I needed to come in early and WALK OUT THE DOOR BY 4:30... NO EXCEPTIONS. Their response ""Absolutely, we will work you in early."" I arrived by 3:30, waited 5 minutes in their comfortable waiting room, resisted the beverages/snacks offered me, had my treatment and WALKED OUT THE DOOR AT 4:21!!! As I was leaving, their final words were ""I know you are in a hurry, so I'll just call you tonight to make your next appointment. Drive safely!"" Amazing!\r

It is clean, very reasonable, super-friendly/accomodating staff, that truely understands customer service. \r

No doubt that I will continue coming back. \r
