I have a hard time thinking any of the posted reviews that are flattering in any way, are actually real. I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon only to be disappointed by the excessive wait times, being hung up on while trying to book appointment and ridiculous lack of customer services. Each time I went it seemed to get worse and they always had a hard time locating my groupon! So frustrating. When I asked to speak to the manager they directed me to a kid named Sara that was extremely rude and basically indicated, ""You purchased a Groupon, what did you expect?"". It became obvious to me that they view these kind of clients as low rent and treat them as such. I actually have money to spend on other services and most of my friends do as well but I refuse to spend another dime at this business. I won't even go back to finish my package because it's not worth the abuse and lack of professionalism I've been forced to endure. I guess that's what you get when you have kids as managers rather than mature adults that are experienced with how to take care of clients.
