We purchased a Trane Heat Pump and electric furnace in Aug. of \r 2010 from V. the salesman, through Home Depot, a $16,000.\r sale. Plenty of communication BEFORE the sale and very little\r to nothing after the sale. Many phone calls and MUCH aggrevation\r from this purchase. Still waiting for the $250. rebate for this purchase.\r Next move is to call KATU, maybe then we will get action from\r the salesman. more

I called asking for a quote to replace the fan motor on my heat pump and was told they wouldn't replace it without first coming out and charging $90 to confirm what I already know: that I need a new motor. \r \r I refuse to pay someone to second guess me. Two years ago I called around to get quotes to have my cooling system back flushed - I finally took my car to someone that had some respect for my opinion and the problem was fixed. If I had any interest in standing around in the cold I would have just done this repair myself! more

We purchased a heat pump from these people. They gave us a very good price and they have been wonderful in their maintenance. We had a small problem at installation time which was not a big deal at all, but they felt so bad that they sent me flowers! I have been impressed especially with their follow up maintenance, and they send me reminders which helps so much. more

On top of things 10/10/2005

I really enjoy going thru this company. They call when it is time to have my service every year. Sometimes I forget to call them and set it up so they will call back in about a month and say we will be in your area this week can we set you up for your service. Just love that more
