I called asking for a quote to replace the fan motor on my heat pump and was told they wouldn't replace it without first coming out and charging $90 to confirm what I already know: that I need a new motor. \r

I refuse to pay someone to second guess me. Two years ago I called around to get quotes to have my cooling system back flushed - I finally took my car to someone that had some respect for my opinion and the problem was fixed. If I had any interest in standing around in the cold I would have just done this repair myself!
