Awesome store! My husband and I had a misunderstanding with the store return policy. In speaking with Matt, he was very honest and generous given our serious situation. I highly recommend buying what you need from them and we will be back in the future! Their prices are lower than most but they also match competitors pricing. They do a great job taking care of their customers and know the usuals by name, which is a major plus in this day and age!! more

went there last sunday to see if they could do me a favorr of just glueing the outer side of tire to wheel for me. The wheel just came off of a Losi Ten T that i bought from them a few weeks ago. Well the girl went straight to the aisle where they would keep their glue and handed it to me. I go seriously? I cont' all i wanted was them to do me that favor. Well she says we probably don't have spare glue in the back. She says we can do it for you, you'll have to leave it here with us and it'll cost you 5 bucks. At this time another associate look at my wheel. He says i'll go have a look. comes within a min. says sorry no glue. Poor cust service. They could at least open up a new one and let me have a few dabs. But no. I guess they are hurting for funds since they wanted me to buy a 10 dolloar tube or pay 5 bucks to have them do it for. Where i could have done it there and left. I have been a cust there long enuff to have bought a Jato 3.3 and returned for spare parts. And recently like i mentioned a Losi Ten T at 525.00. Can't believe they have gone that cheap to not do me that favor. I walked out disgusted. I have written this same letter to the store earlier this week with no reply. There are other rc stores and of course the internet. Dont need those guys. I don't recommend this shop anymore. more

I was looking for a "grown up" toy for my freind for Christmas. I found R/C Hobbies easily on the web and called them to get more info. I spoke to Matt, who was very helpful and when I went to the store the following weekend he helped me pick out the perfect "toy". I know my freind will be thrilled Christman morning and we will be in to see Matt many times in the future.
